2014 - January - Capital Campaign Committee formed. Meetings with consultants, Changing Our World, who will be assisting us thru all phases of the Feasibility Study; with favorable results to the feasibility study, will also assist with the related Pledge Drive.
2014 - June - Completed Pledge Drive documents.
2014 - August - Completed rough drafts of revised Master Plan (in-house version)
2014 - September and October - Feasibility Study personal interviews and E-survey conducted
2014 -December - released Feasibility Study results which were favorable to proceed with a Capital Campaign
2015 - March - Pledge Drive commenced

2016 - March - Discussions with Diocese and City of Rowlett regarding historic church move

2016 - September - First meeting of SHCC Building Committee (11 members), subcommittees formed, and regular monthly meetings began. Committee bus trip to Waxahachie to tour St. Joseph's new church building under construction (Hugo Monsanto - Architect)
2016 - September - Scope of Phase I revised to include new NW permanent parking lot, campus drainage resulution and move of historic church
2016 - October - Revised Master Plan developed by Hugh Monsanto (architect)
2016 - November - Pre-application meeting with the City of Rowlett
2016 - December - contract negotiations with Hugo Monsanto (architect) regarding Phase I; "Our Past, Our Present, Our Future" (OPOPOF) Capitla Campaign meets $900,000 in pledges paid.
2017 - January - In consultation with Hugo Monsanto (architect) regarding revised Phase I (new NW parking, campus drainage solution, historic church move); discussion with civil engineers to seek proposals to address drainage solutions for new proposed parking area and areas around the current multi-purpose building.
